There are many advantages to use me as your buyer's agent, rather than contacting the condo sales people directly. If you contact them and give them your name and other information, be it by phone, over the web, or by a personal visit to their sales office, they consider you as their customer already, and you cannot introduce me, or any other real estate agent, to represent you without paying a fee.
