I work as an independent contractor with Vertical Realty Las Vegas and I have close contacts with projects on the Las Vegas Strip and most other locations of interest to high-rise condo buyers. My office address is:

    9089 S. Pecos Road, Suite #3400, Henderson, NV 89074, but I mostly work from my home office in Henderson.

As a courtesy I always switch off my mobile phone when meeting with clients, but leave me a voice message, and I will respond to you as soon as I am free. I have no problem with being called on weekends or evenings, if that is the most convenient time for you.

Why Should You Use a Buyer's Agent?

The agents you meet in a condo sales office are always agents for the seller. Their job is to make sure that the transaction is running smoothly from the seller's perspective. The builders are usually prepared to pay a commission or similar to a buyer's agent, who is your representative in the transaction. If you don't use a buyer's agent, you are not going to get a lower price from the builder! So, it is really in your own best interest to use your own agent for no extra cost. I as your buyer's agent I will be able to help out through the escrow process, and help you if there are problems along the way, including delays or building issues.

The condo sales office usually offers their preferred sources for financing, escrow, and other services related to the condo sale, but if you are unhappy about any of these resources, or would like to get alternative offers for such services, I am happy to help you find those.

I have considerable earlier experience in software development, so I design and maintain this web site myself. The web design may not be as flashy as some other ones on the net, but it allows you to load the pages quickly and it makes it easy for me to keep the pages up-to-date. I am a keen amateur photographer and prefer to take my own pictures where ever possible.
